We earn a referral fee from the providers listed here. This affects which providers appear and how they are ranked.

This site is an independently operated marketing website. We are not a lender, bank, or broker, and we do not make credit decisions or issue funds.

We are compensated by the companies featured on this page when a visitor applies or is approved through our links. That compensation influences which companies we feature, the order in which they appear, and the prominence they are given. We do not review every provider in the market, and the order shown is not a comprehensive or purely objective ranking of every option available to you.

All amounts, rates, timelines, and terms shown are supplied by the providers themselves and are subject to change without notice. Approval, the amount offered, and the actual terms you receive depend entirely on the provider's own underwriting and your individual qualifications, including credit profile, time in business, and revenue. Nothing here is a guarantee that you will qualify or an offer of credit. Review every offer's full terms and costs directly with the provider before you sign.

About us

What this site is, what it is not, how it pays for itself, and how we decide what to put in front of you.

What we do

My Biz Funding Options is a free comparison site for business owners who need capital, operated by RealMuhney Enterprises LLC, 239 Parkland Dr NE, Atlanta, GA 30324. We publish rankings, reviews and plain-English guides covering the main ways a business can raise money — SBA loans, bank term loans, lines of credit, equipment and invoice finance, merchant cash advances, business credit cards, and online funding marketplaces.

The problem we are trying to solve is a narrow one. Business funding is quoted in units that do not compare. One provider gives you an APR, another a factor rate, a third a flat monthly fee. Two offers that look similar can differ by thousands of dollars over their term, and the difference is rarely obvious from the marketing. Our job is to put those options side by side in terms you can actually weigh.

What we are not

We are not a lender, bank, credit union, broker, or financial institution. We do not make loans, take applications, make credit decisions, or issue funds, and we are not a party to any funding agreement you enter into.

When you apply, you apply with the provider, on their site, under their terms. Whether you are approved, how much you get and what it costs are decided entirely by their underwriting and your own qualifications.

We also do not give advice. Everything here is general information. It cannot account for your tax position, your existing debt, your seasonality or your plans, and it is not a substitute for talking to an accountant or an attorney who knows your business.

How we make money

The site is free to read because it is supported by advertising. Some of the companies we feature pay us a referral fee when a visitor clicks through, applies, or is approved for funding through our links.

That compensation affects which companies we feature, where they appear, and how prominently. We think you should know that before you read anything else here, which is why it is at the top of every page rather than buried in a footer.

It does not affect what you pay. Using our links never costs you more than going to the provider directly.

The full detail — who pays us, what that changes, and what it does not — is on our advertiser disclosure page.

How we assess funding options

When we compare funding products, we weight five things:

Two things are worth being explicit about. First, any score or "best" designation we publish is our own editorial opinion, not an audited or independently certified rating, and reasonable people could weight these factors differently and reach a different answer. Second, the funding categories we describe alongside our featured partner — SBA loans, bank term loans, merchant cash advances, business credit cards — are described using published market ranges for that type of product. They are not offers from any particular company, and no company pays us to be represented by them.

How we write what we publish

Articles and reviews are produced by the My Biz Funding Options editorial team. Figures are drawn from providers' own published material and from general market ranges for each product type, and are dated so you can see how current they are.

This market moves. Rates, fees, approval thresholds and funding limits change without notice, and a number that was right when we published it may not be right when you read it. We review the site periodically, but the only figures you should rely on are the ones in a provider's written offer to you.

If you find something here that is wrong or out of date, we want to know. Tell us what and where, and we will check it and correct what needs correcting. Corrections are free to report and we do not need you to be a customer.

What we do not cover

We are not a comprehensive survey of the market. There are lenders, credit unions, CDFIs, community banks and regional programs we do not write about, and some of them may be a better fit for you than anything listed here — particularly if you are looking for the lowest possible cost of capital and can wait, or if you qualify for a program aimed at your industry, region or circumstances.

Treat this site as one input. It is a starting point for narrowing the field, not a substitute for shopping around.
