We read everything that comes in. One email address reaches the whole team.
Email us
Email is the only way we take enquiries. It gives both of us a written record, and it means your message reaches the right person rather than whoever happens to pick up.
We aim to reply within two working days, Monday to Friday.
Mailing address: RealMuhney Enterprises LLC, 239 Parkland Dr NE, Atlanta, GA 30324.
What we can help with
Putting a subject line on your message helps it reach the right person quickly. The topics we handle are:
- General questions — anything about the site, our guides, or how a funding product works in general terms.
- Corrections and accuracy — if you believe a rate, figure, term or statement on the site is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where. We check every report and correct what needs correcting.
- Advertising and partnerships — if you are a funding provider and want to be considered for a listing, or want to discuss a placement.
- Content licensing — requests to republish or syndicate anything we have written.
- Privacy requests — access, correction, deletion, or opting out of targeted advertising. Use the subject line "Privacy request" and see our privacy policy for detail.
- Unsubscribe — to stop any email from us.
What we cannot help with
We are not a lender, bank, or broker. We do not take applications, we do not make credit decisions, we cannot check the status of an application, we cannot change or negotiate the terms of an offer, and we have no access to your account with any provider.
If your question is about an application you have already submitted, a payment, a fee, a balance, or a funding agreement, contact that provider directly. They are the only ones who can see your file and act on it.
Please also do not send us sensitive financial information — Social Security or EIN numbers, bank account or card numbers, tax returns or bank statements. We do not need it and we will delete it if we receive it. Information like that belongs only in a secure application submitted directly to the provider you have chosen.
About this site
My Biz Funding Options is a free online platform designed to help business owners with the process of choosing a funding option. We publish reviews, comparisons and plain-English guides so that you can weigh products against each other before you apply anywhere.
The site is supported by advertising. We are paid a referral fee by some of the companies featured here when a visitor clicks through, applies, or is approved. That compensation affects which companies we feature, the order in which they appear, and the prominence they are given. We do not review every provider in the market. Using our links never costs you more than going to the provider directly.
Everything we publish is general information, not financial, tax, legal or accounting advice, and it does not take your particular circumstances into account. Rates, amounts and terms in this market change constantly and the figures we show are supplied by providers or expressed as general market ranges. The only terms you can rely on are the ones in a provider's own written offer, so review the full terms, all fees and the total cost of borrowing directly with them before you sign anything.
For the full detail, see our terms of use and privacy policy.
A note on APR
Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is the yearly cost of borrowing, expressed as a percentage. It includes the interest rate plus most of the fees attached to the product, which is what makes it more useful than an interest rate alone when comparing two offers.
As an illustration only: a $20,000 loan repaid over 60 monthly payments at an APR of 9.00% would carry a monthly payment of approximately $415.17 and a total repayment of approximately $24,910, of which roughly $4,910 is the cost of borrowing. This example is for explanation and is not an offer. Your own APR, payment and total cost depend on the provider, the product, the amount, the term and your qualifications, and some products — such as merchant cash advances — are priced using a factor rate rather than an APR, which can make the effective annual cost substantially higher.
