We earn a referral fee from the providers listed here. This affects which providers appear and how they are ranked.

This site is an independently operated marketing website. We are not a lender, bank, or broker, and we do not make credit decisions or issue funds.

We are compensated by the companies featured on this page when a visitor applies or is approved through our links. That compensation influences which companies we feature, the order in which they appear, and the prominence they are given. We do not review every provider in the market, and the order shown is not a comprehensive or purely objective ranking of every option available to you.

All amounts, rates, timelines, and terms shown are supplied by the providers themselves and are subject to change without notice. Approval, the amount offered, and the actual terms you receive depend entirely on the provider's own underwriting and your individual qualifications, including credit profile, time in business, and revenue. Nothing here is a guarantee that you will qualify or an offer of credit. Review every offer's full terms and costs directly with the provider before you sign.

Privacy policy

What we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

My Biz Funding Options is a trading name of RealMuhney Enterprises LLC ("My Biz Funding Options", "we", "us" or "our"), which operates the website at mybizfundingoptions.com (the "Website"). We are an independently operated marketing and comparison website. We are not a lender, bank, broker, or financial institution, we do not make credit decisions, and we do not issue funds.

We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains, in plain terms, what information we collect through the Website, how we use it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it. By using the Website, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies only to information collected through the Website. It does not apply to any lender, funding provider, marketplace, advertiser, or other third party that we link to or feature. Those companies operate their own websites and applications under their own privacy policies, and we do not control how they collect or use information. If you leave our Website and apply for funding elsewhere, the privacy policy of that company — not this one — governs the information you give them.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

If you contact us by email or through a form on the Website, we collect the information you choose to give us. That may include:

You do not have to give us any of this to browse the Website. You only provide it if you choose to get in touch.

When you use the contact form, your message is transmitted to our hosting provider, passed to our email delivery provider, and delivered to our own mailbox. It is not published, and it is not added to a marketing list. We keep it as correspondence, as described in section 9. Before the message is sent, an anti-spam check runs to confirm the submission came from a person rather than an automated script; see section 10.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, sometimes called log data. This may include:

Information from cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Website, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand which content and advertising is effective. See section 7 for more.

Information we do not collect

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, Employer Identification Number, bank account or routing numbers, credit or debit card numbers, tax returns, or bank statements. Please do not send that information to us. If you send it anyway, we will delete it. Sensitive financial information of that kind belongs only in a secure application submitted directly to the funding provider you have chosen.

4. How we use information

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

We do not sell your personal information for money.

5. How we share information

We do not share your personal information except as described below.

6. What happens when you click through to a provider

Most of the outbound links on this Website are tracked affiliate links. When you click one, our advertising partner records that the click came from us — typically through a tracking parameter in the link or a cookie — so that any resulting referral fee is credited correctly.

Once you follow that link, you are on the provider's website, not ours. Anything you type into their application form goes to them directly. We do not receive a copy of your application, we do not see your credit report, and we are not told the terms of any offer you receive. Our advertising partners may report back to us in aggregate or de-identified form — for example, how many visitors applied or were approved in a given month — so that we can be paid and can measure performance.

Read the provider's own privacy policy before you apply. A lender or funding marketplace will typically request far more information than we do, may run a credit check, and may share your details with its own funding partners. Those practices are governed by that company's privacy policy and disclosures, not by ours.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. They are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags and local storage.

We use them for the following broad purposes:

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. Every major browser offers these controls in its settings, and most allow you to delete cookies already stored. If you refuse cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of the Website, and some features may not work as intended.

8. Analytics and advertising

We may use third-party analytics services to help us understand how the Website is used. These services collect information sent by your browser, including the pages you visit, and use it to compile reports for us. They may set their own cookies and process the data under their own privacy policies.

The analytics service we use is Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC. It sets cookies in your browser and reports which pages you viewed and whether you clicked through to a funding partner, so that we can see which content is useful. Google processes that data under its own privacy policy. You can stop Google Analytics collecting your activity on this and any other website by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We advertise through Microsoft Advertising, provided by Microsoft Corporation, and use its Universal Event Tracking (UET) tag on the Website. The tag sets cookies and sends Microsoft information about your visit, including your IP address, device and browser information, the pages you view, and whether you clicked through to a funding partner. If you arrived by clicking one of our ads, it also records the click identifier Microsoft attached to that ad. Microsoft collects and receives this data to measure how our ads perform, and may use it, together with other information it holds, to show you personalized advertising. Microsoft processes it under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can turn off personalized ads from Microsoft at account.microsoft.com/privacy/ad-settings.

We may also work with other advertising networks and affiliate networks that use cookies, pixels and device identifiers to measure conversions and, in some cases, to show you advertising on other websites based on your visit here. Where those partners engage in targeted advertising, U.S. state privacy laws may treat that activity as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information even though no money changes hands for your data. See section 12 for how to opt out.

Most browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. There is currently no uniform industry standard for how websites should respond to that signal, and we do not respond to it. We do honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC): when your browser sends one, neither Google Analytics nor the Microsoft Advertising tag is loaded.

9. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, and then delete it or de-identify it. In practice:

We may keep information longer where we are required to by law or where it is necessary to resolve a dispute or enforce our agreements.

10. Security

We value your trust in providing us your information and use commercially acceptable means to protect it, including transport encryption (HTTPS) across the Website and restricted access to the accounts that hold correspondence.

To stop automated abuse of our contact form, we use a bot-detection service. It examines technical signals from your browser — such as your IP address and basic behavioral signals — to decide whether the submission is automated. It is not used to build an advertising profile of you and does not track you across other websites.

But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, and no method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information you send us, and any transmission is at your own risk. This is one of the reasons we ask you not to send sensitive financial information by email.

11. Your choices and rights

We will acknowledge a privacy request within two working days and aim to complete it within 30 days, or within the shorter period required by any law that applies to you. We may need to ask you for information to verify your identity before we act, and we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

12. U.S. state privacy rights

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, which typically include the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used, the right to request deletion or correction, the right to obtain a portable copy, the right to opt out of targeted advertising and of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and the right to appeal a decision we make on a request.

To exercise any of these rights, including opting out of targeted advertising, email us at info@mybizfundingoptions.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and tell us which right you want to exercise and which state you live in. You may use an authorized agent, in which case we will ask for proof of their authority.

We do not knowingly collect or process sensitive personal information as those laws define it, and we do not sell personal information for money or knowingly sell the personal information of anyone under 16.

13. Children's privacy

This Website is intended for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary action to delete it.

14. Links to other websites

The Website contains links to other sites, including the funding providers we compare. If you click one, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every website you visit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

15. Visitors outside the United States

The Website is operated in the United States and is intended for users located in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored in and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will post the new policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Changes are effective immediately when they are posted. We encourage you to review this page periodically. If we make a material change in how we use information you have already given us, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.

17. How to contact us
